Isaac's First Piano Recital

Isaac was the youngest to play in the recital

Duet with Mrs. Dunham

After he was done playing, it was all Aubree. :)

Isaac is taking after his Grandpa Rick in his musical ability. His piano teacher said he is learning as fast as a 3rd or 4th grader who first starts piano. It is a blessing because we have tried to put Isaac in soccer, tennis, karate and he didn't love (or have a natural ability) for any of them. He insists he never ever wants to play a sport...NEVER. Piano, on the other hand, he says is "easy." Even though he has written homework and has to practice every day, he really loves it. His biggest struggle is the first day playing a new song. He has a hard time not getting it perfect the first day, but he is learning to patiently persevere.

His first recital was in front of a pretty large group. He played We Three Kings as a duet and Come All Ye Faithful solo. He was more excited than nervous and played beautifully. I am so proud of our little guy! I can't even imagine the caliber of what he'll be performing next year.

This was from Johnny's Christmas concert, I just wanted to throw it in.
