Snippits

Isaac-"kung fu" jumps & punches with sound effects, stealing stuff from your sister "just so she will chase" you, digging in the dirt for buried treasure, inventions, picture after picture of trains with details, talking, wanting to win, learning to be a good sport, pasta & rice, can do so much yet still would rather let others do it for him, wants to help just to earn some money (to buy Johnny a train), purposed, determined (in what you set your mind to), shoes somehow never fit right (except flip flops), can truly beat mom running when on your bike, always wants someone there to watch/participate/listen, listens best while moving around or in the next room (like Mom), is hard to break yet is tender and thoughtful when truly sorry, generous (or just lives vicariously though others), loves to be told stories of when Dad was younger and naughty

Abigail-trying on clothes all day long, making excuses to change outfits, wanting to wear something that still has the tag on it, still asks to be held or carried, wants to help Mom around the house for fun, avocados, dancing, spinning, surprisingly new desire for soccer, silly laughter, always full of song, a drama queen when brother teases, interesting hair stage (after breaking off a huge chunk in the ponytail), still aches for Rapunzel hair, independent, Cabbage Patch kid "mommy, " quick to say "I'm sorry" but not really mean it, tender, not easily pressured, expressive, loves books (being read to, turning the pages of a book on you lap), back scratches, easygoing, skips to her own beat, loves "puns"

***Isaac is stacking the apples from Costco in the fruit bowl on the table. He makes a beautiful, tall pyramid of them.
I say, "Isaac, don't stack them too high or you will have an avalanche."
Abigail replies, "No he'll have an apple-lanche...ha, ha, ha."

***Isaac is at Red Robin with Dad eating fries.
Dad: "How are your french fries?"
Isaac: "They are not 'French' fries, they are 'Finnish' fries."
Dad: "What?"
Isaac: "...because we are going to 'finish' them all! Do you get it?"

Both of these are examples of their humor. They are even funnier that they know.
