New Seasons tour

One of the great part of our preschool co-op is being able to plan many fun (free) field trips. New Seasons Market offered us a great tour with many samples. They educated us on cheese. There was a Parmesan cheese that is takes an apprentice 12 years to be qualified to make, and yes, people eat sheep cheese. They lets the kids see the totally organic bakery and play with some of the raw dough. When Johnny tried the pineapple ripe and fresh from from Hawaii, Johnny, Kayla's big brother who didn't have school that day, exclaimed, "I am in heaven!" It was so, so ripe and sweet.
