Abigail on some serious issues...

Abigail's take on ADULTERY:

Chris was reading to the kids from Matthew Chapter 5 last night during Bible time. He came upon the topic of adultery. The kids asked him what that meant. Chris explained, "Adultery is like Daddy being married to mommy but looking at another woman and thinking that he wanted to kiss her and be married to her instead."

Isaac asked, "But Dad, what if Mom dies?"

"Well then," Chris added, "it would be okay then."

Abigail (after a long thoughtful pause) says, "Hey Dad...It would be okay if you were looking at another woman...as long as you go tell her 'Hey, I want to marry you after my wife dies.'"


Abigail's take on falling to TEMPTATION:

Tonight I was reading a LEGO Star Wars book to the kids. There is a part where  Obi-Wan has a weakness for cookies. The bad guy knows it and sets a trap. Even though he is warned not to fall for the tempting trap, he runs to the cookies. The trap falls on him!

Abigail says, "Well, at least he won't be hungry in there because he has the cookies...so that's kinda' good."

...Oh my sweet girl has so much to learn. :)
