Tillamook Forest

After a day outdoors in the rain, it was great to be able to get outside in the sunshine. We have never been to the Tillamook Forest Center (which is surprising because it is FREE). It was beautifully maintained and had lots for the kids to do and learn, considering that it's pretty small. We didn't spend much time there because we wanted to get outside, but we'll go back for sure. There are 20+ miles of hiking trails, bridges, river access, and overnight camping that we plan to experience the next time we visit.

My handsome boys

Throwing rocks in the river never gets old...no matter how old you are
We live here!!! Are you kidding me?!?! Such beauty and memories to be made on Dad's day off. :)

Chris easily threw his rocks all the way across

She LOVED her walking stick!
Drying off toes in the sunshine

It got a little too hot for Chris. He pretended he was foreign and rolled up his jeans.

A big hike deserves some cheese!
