Grandma and Papa let us use their artificial tree this year and we went with them to go cut one down. We ventured back and forth through the pines to find the "perfect" tree for Christmas. Upon finding "the one," Papa worked hard to cut it down (I tired too, but I couldn't even get the saw to move...let alone to contribute to cutting it down).
I'm off to go put the pretend tree together...

We LOVE our pretend tree. It is just perfect. Easy up, easy down and NO mess!!! We even have a holiday Yankee candle burning, so the smell is still here.
