We have been trying to go on "FUN" dates (you know, like the ones you go on before you're married and well before you have kids).
The Rock and Worship Roadshow came to town and we had to go. It was an awesome concert featuring Christian bands who strive to put on a tour for only $10 per ticket as ministy (filling the stadium with 15,000 people doesn't even cover the cost for the night). Anyway, they do it in order to give back and share the
gospel with any and all in the crowd who need to hear or be reminded that they are sinners, that Jesus died on the cross to pay the penalty for that sin, and that they can receive love, forgiveness, grace and eternal life through faith in Him.
It was great to sing and worship together with so many! It was a little taste of heaven. I think my favorite artist was
Lacrae, a hip hop/rapper. He was REALLY good (both musically and with the encouraging things he said).
